Positive COVID-19 Case - GPCI - Closed Fri., May 28th

On May 27, 2021, a member of the school community at Gilbert Plains Collegiate informed the school that they have tested positive for COVID-19. GPCI will be closed Friday, May 28th while we await a Public Health investigation. More information will be provided as it becomes available from Public Health. Courses will be offered remotely where possible.

School administration will work closely with Public Health officials and follow their recommendations.

Please note that Mountain View School Division is not permitted to release the name or any identifying information about the confirmed case of COVID-19 to any member of the school, community or media.
